We are seeking friendly, customer-focused servers to join our growing restaurant team. Servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service by creating a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet, seat and present menus to guests in an efficient manner
  • Make recommendations and answer questions regarding food, beverages, ingredients and preparation
  • Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders in a timely fashion
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and prompt beverage refills
  • Present checks and complete payment transactions
  • Maintain full knowledge of restaurant menu items, daily specials and promotions
  • Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning and closing duties
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, uniform standards and service guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years recent serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible schedule - able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude
