Restaurant Manager

Our growing restaurant is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee our daily front and back of house operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and help expand our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily operations of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Oversee food preparation and dining room service quality control
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Develop menus, oversee food/beverage ordering, manage vendor relationships
  • Track sales, costs, budgets and other financial metrics
  • Motivate and support staff to provide an exceptional dining experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, quality, and customer service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, labor cost control, and P&L statements
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Schedules and works weekends and holidays as needed
  • Enthusiasm for providing outstanding hospitality
